Gabriel Lopez, PA, focuses his practice on architectural and interior design. Gabriel’s architecture has been described as sophisticated and simple. He effectively conceptualizes and brings to paper the potential of any given project by carefully listening to client's ideas and incorporating them with an understanding of space and design. He has dealt extensively with zoning parameters, using them in combination with design solutions to produce viable and environmentally conscious designs regardless of the site. The firm uses the most recent computer software as a tool to add realism to the thought and design process and to simplify the necessary presentations to zoning officials. Project types range from commercial to residential. Commercial projects include hotels, restaurants, office headquarters and hospitals. Residential projects include private residences and condominiums. Gabriel and his associates have ample experience in the production of feasible, volumetric building studies, which show the client maximum building mass with the most adequate architecture. Gabriel has worked on projects across several states and countries including most recently Florida, New York, Wisconsin, Colombia and Mexico. Gabriel studied architecture at the Pratt Institute of Technology in New York and is a licensed architect in Florida, New York, and Colombia.
